Symptom Entries

Have you ever felt nauseous, in a bad mood, or dizzy? Sometimes we forget these symptoms and don’t see the pattern of recurrence.

Using our application, you can add a symptom entry, specify the time and duration, and the severity. You can use this feature for any symptom, including tracking your health and mental state.

Medication Entries

It happens to all of us multiple times: you are in the kitchen before going to bed trying to recall whether you took morning pills or not.

Use Symptom Diary, you can add a medication entry, set all the medications you took, and go back any time to check what you take. Additionally, you can monitor how medication taking impacts your symptoms. This helps with tracking how long you are taking different medications and drugs.

Food Entries

For some diseases, it is important to keep a diet as well as to track what you eat and how it affects your pains and symptoms. Maybe you are keen on sports and you would like to track what you eat, how much water you drink, and the calories you absorb.

You can use our application and add a food entry, specifying the main dish, drinks, and sweets. Fill in grams and liters of meals and drinks. Sport is useful for human beings, especially if you are an office employee. In Symptom Diary, you can add the sports activities, specify exactly what you do, the duration of the activity, tags, and your notes. Observe and keep your habits, and see how sport affects your health. You have a notes section where you can add how you feel during different sport activities, and check the progress of your strength and endurance.

Tagging Entries and Searching

Symptom Diary also allows you to tag your entries and search them by the tag name in two clicks. This feature is particularly useful when your doctor asks you whether you have had some symptoms for the past year, or you yourself are curious and would like to check it.


To see the bigger picture, you can take a look at the reports page. It has a summary of what happened during the week and pain charts.

You can see all body parts that hurt you during the week, and how pain severity changes from day to day.

Exporting Data

If you need the reported data for your doctor, or to use it your own way, you can always export it. For now, only JSON format is available, but later on we will add different formats for exporting: txt, xlsx, pdf, docx, etc.

Privacy (Deleting Data)

If you decide to quit and erase all information you reported, you can delete all the data related to you in one click. We value customer’s privacy, and keep customer’s data safe and encrypted.
